Scouting plays a significant role in their lives. Wesley is a lifelong member of the National Eagle Scout Association, father to three Eagle Scouts, and was honored with the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award in 2014.

Although time is limited, Wesley and his wife enjoy traveling, and he also likes golfing with friends when possible.
