His advisory work has primarily focused on supply chain initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and reducing overall costs. A proven leader, Trevor excels at developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges and building high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.
He has successfully led numerous Fortune 500 and private equity client teams through strategic sourcing projects, securing long-term contracts with logistics providers (FTL, LTL, rail, air, ocean, and freight forwarding) that have generated over $350 million in bottom-line savings, emphasizing both cost reduction and process improvement.
Trevor has also directed network optimization efforts, including the consolidation of multiple warehouses into a master automated distribution center, achieving cost savings exceeding 23%. His experience extends to outsourcing final-mile delivery for national retailers and managing various warehousing enhancement projects across industries and spend categories.
Additional expertise includes operational due diligence, distribution center design, inventory strategy and management, transportation and fleet management, as well as sales, inventory, and operations planning.

Before joining LVP, Trevor held leadership positions in supply chain and logistics management at Walmart, Cardinal Health, and Coca-Cola.
