Professional background
Larry began his career as a high school teacher in the British education system, instructing social studies and business subjects. He taught for several years across England, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands.
He then transitioned to training consultants at Arthur Andersen, where he spearheaded the initial development of training programs for the Operational Consulting Practice. Over nine years, Larry focused on skills and process training, successfully managing the global curriculum for the practice. He also contributed to key projects critical to the practice’s growth, such as cross-functional cost analysis, project management, process mapping, procurement, and transportation consulting methods, helping the practice expand twentyfold in that period. Larry played a key role in establishing partnerships with top business schools to design and teach courses in strategy, manufacturing, marketing, and change management.
